Project Description:
Martin & Wood Appraisal Group, in the expansion of their offices, aquired a warehouse building in downtown Toledo, Ohio & turned to Paul Sullivan Jr. AIA & Murnen Design to integrate their well established professional firm image with an updated, urban, loft-style concept. The creation of a prominent, up-scale entrance provided a much needed improvement to the building's existing bland facade. The open-office plan takes advantage of oversized skylights & daylighting through the integration of transom windows throughout & provides an accomodating mixture of open & private spaces.
